I had purchased something online (a code for an online game from a seller I've bought from before) however, the code didn't work and I have heard some bad stories about long wait times from customer service from where I purchased it from, so the first thing I did was file a claim after e-mailing the sellers customer support (it was off a website), they issued the refund to resolve the dispute within hours of receiving the e-mail and the PayPal notice, this was on the 17th, the mone is refunded but is held? How long before I can get access to this? I'd really like to have this back in my PayPal balance, it was bought via PayPal from instant bank transfer.
