Speak to both your bank, to cancel the direct debits going out of your account, and ask them to put it through to the fraud department as this is a transaction that you have not authorised, and to paypal, to see if you have set yourself up with a reoccuring debit and to report a fraudulent transaction.... There is a way to see if this is the case through your paypal account but I can't remember how to do it at the moment, soz. Can I also ask, is it showing on your bank statement or is it coming through as an email? There are some spam emails being sent out (especially from skype, that I know of and someone saying the account has been suspended) to get you to log in through their links to access your account details. Be careful of such emails but do speak to your bank and paypal to investigate the matter further. Good luck
