I just biud on a saddle and before i pay for it I wanted the name address and phone number of the seller. He said i can get it through paypal but I just paid for another item and there is no such information if you are a buyer to get it so i din;t want to pay cause i believe it is a scam. How do I get that info.? If I get ripped off Pay pal will not get back my money nor will e-bay  although they say I'm protected, They can't get money from sellers account if there is none in it.
