All of a sudden, after 18 years, I try to pay for a eBay purchase and I can't. I can't pay off the auction page, off the winner email or eBay invoice. When I click the Pay Now button, on the right of the screen under the PayPal heading, the green clock type hand spins and says verifying information and then a small Internet Explorer window opens and says an error has occured??
