Hello I am created an invoice for shipping as the buyer paid for the item. I put the buyers paypal email as the recipient for the invoice. i sent the invoice. The buyer sends me an email saying they can't make the payment because paypal keeps giving them the error below: "transaction cannot be proceeded because the invoice has been updated, canceled, paid; or closed. Contact the Merchant for more information." I don't understand whats wrong?
