I preordered some boots from a company called perfectfit boutique on august 20 they were to be shipped out October 29 .the shipping date came and no boots . I emailed the seller and was informed shipping and tracking would be available in 1-3 business days .that time came and I was told they couldn't provide my purchase and they would be giving me a refund I opened a dispute paypal closed it and told me they couldn't help me. And I tried to dispute it with the bank and they said I waited too long this company is out of state and I can't afford to go there and take them to small claims court and it wouldn't be worth it what are my options
