Yes likely fraudulent. I received similar offers for items on craigslist where the buyer had some reason they could not pay cash for the items and even said a moving company truck would be arranged to pick up my items from me and wanted my home address. No, dont give your address or info about your paypal account. The tip off was that a day later i recieved the exact message word for word from a different person wanting to buy my stuff.
