I am having problems with paypal recently. I have netflix and have had it for some time now. and every month it automatically comes out of my bank account. But for some reason this month it was refused (I had more then enough money in my bank to pay for netflix). Now paypal people are all telling me different things. I have been told that I need to add a backup card(I never had one before so why now) , then I was told that its because you are only allowed to make so many purchases before it will tell you to add backup payment. I tried to purchase online yesterday and that wouldnt even work. Why is it asking me for a credit card now and how do I stop that? I was told that from now on I need to add funds to my paypal before purchasing because i do not have credit cards. This is making it very difficult to make online purchases and such. It should automatically be coming out of my bank through paypal and I keep getting told different things each time I call.
