Hi We are a retailler and complted an order for one of our products. The customer paid through paypal and we sent it successfully by courier to the stated confirmed delivery address. The customer has just contacted us to say the address we have sent it to is his old address, but its the only one we had and it was confirmed. He also claims to have changed the address but obviously not Any idea what we can do and our liability in this
