Hi all I am not really sure what is happening I have a International Credit Card (Mx Pesos) to an ebay account with US Address I also have a US Debit Card link to this same ebay account the International Credit Card has one email and the paypal account was created in paypal Mexico the US Debit Card has diferent email for paypal and created in paypal US The International Credit Card account on paypal was created reacentlly this year and has not been verified yet The US Debit Card has been active and Verified since 2004 I have 100% feed back on all purchases I have use the International CC a few times with no problems, but know I lost an item and the reazon, seller claimed never to see the funds on her paypal account. now paypal activitie it says completed up to where it says payment to "seller" completed, but no Details I dont have nothing and it is high lighted on yellow ej: 6/11/2013 Payment To XXXXX Completed ... -$245.00 USD Right now I have an hourlly glass on one of the items for a couple a day now.
