I am on the same boat too..... Paypal first encourage me to try to resolve it with seller. The seller promised to send me the item "again". Here we go I've got nothing and these 45 days passed. Damned Paypal. I just realised that the seller is a frauder and he made me waiting for the period more than 45 days.
