I have recently joined the ebay and paypal accounts, and through that I had the option of printing and paying for the label through pay pal, but the page to print the label wouldnt load and the amount of times to click it was limited, so i had to purchase another label, and click for the first one to get it refunded (as it never showed the file to print) but it still says 'refund pending' in the status. theres no date or anything. what is the problem? it has been way over 2 weeks Ive been waiting..
