hello, i want to buy from digikey.com they accept paypal but their form has restriction to add a credit card .. i want to ask if paypal accept virtual prepaid mastercard? i had upgraded my account to business years ago, is it an issue to use it to buy things not for business or i can downgrade it or better use my personal account? i don't if this is what is restricting checking out without a credit card my local bank offers a prepaid creadit card but a virtual one of type mastercard .. i couldn't know if i issue a one and paid for it then it will be accepted by paypal or not
