Hi I recently made 2 sales at my shop and the buyers paid but the payments never showed at My PayPal account. I called PayPal twice and they did not find either payment and referred me to Etsy. I used the FAQs Section and looked and looked but never found an answer. I lalso used the Automated Chat Help but did not get any help. Unfortunately, Now, i cannot even cancel the transactions in my shop since the buyers already paid. The buyers tried to find out and learn what had happened buy and they even have Transaction Id# plus PayPal indicated that the payments UNCLAIMED from the seller. How could this be if the transactions never showed up in my PayPal??? The buyers had to cancel their payment with PayPal and it may cost me the sale. This has never happened to me before on Etsy nor with Pay Pal. PLEASE HELP!
