Hi there, I'm relatively new to selling on ebay. I've recently sold an item and the buyer attempted to pay by PayPal. I hadn't set up my PayPal properly at this point in time and so the buyer said that he could cancel the payment and send a cheque instead. All is fine with this and I have received the cheque. The buyer has received the item. He says his paypal payment has been cancelled. However, the paypal pending still shows up as pending on my eBay account, but does not register at all on my PayPal account (which was not linked at the time of the attempted payment). If I change the item to "paid", it reverts back to type. I'm wondering how I can go about paying my sellers fees and concluding the items? Will I need to pay these through paypal? Thanks in advance!
