I have never wasted so much time over $6.69 but it's the principle of the matter that's fueling me at this point. I made a purchase in ebay and paid $5.99 for the item through paypal. When I checked my bank account there were two paypal charges, one for $5.99 and a second for $6.69. In my paypal account, the $5.99 transaction shows up but there is nothing in my paypal account transaction history for a $6.69 charge. I filed claims with paypal twice but both times rejected due to lack of evidence. They won't allow me to send them the bank account statement as evidence. This is bank fraud by PayPal and I'll keep fighting it.
