Hi, On last monday 22th I got a notification (of arriving and successful delivery) in the DHL tracking website for my package with tracking number xxxxxxxxxxxxx which I haven't received at all. Then, according to the strange latest tracking status (out for delivery and reception showing both the same time, hour and minutes), I contacted the sender through eBay messages to see I he could help me to understand what was all about the meaning of the status. Next day, given that he didn't respond to my messages, I contacted DHL support for an explanation on this delivery issue, and just today I received a confirmation that my package has been returned to the sender (and that he will be informed about the reasons of the return upon delivery). Thing is, two days ago I opened a case on PayPal about this issue PP-D-xxxxxxxxx and my question is, how should I proceed now? Should I wait the seller's response first (who hasn't replied to any of my messages yet) and continue with the open case?
