I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED HOW PP TEAM REACTED ON MY PHONE CALL IN REGARDS OF SELLER PROTECTION. SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFULL. MY CASE IS THAT OUR COMPANY HAD AN ON-LINE SALE AND FOR 497GBP AND THE GOODS BEEN SHIPPED TO THE VERIFIED ADDRESS. GOODS BEEN RECEIVED BUT NOW THE BUYER CLAIMED HE DIDNT PURCHASED ANYTHING AND CLAIMED HIS MONEY BACK. SO WE END UP LOOSING STOCK AND MONEY AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE THERE TO HELP OUT. PP DOESNT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT SELLER PROTECTION WHICH MEANS SELLERS ARE COMPLETELY INSECURE USING PP SERVICES. NOW I ASSUME ANY BUYER CAN MAKE A PUTCHASE RECEIVE GOODS AND THEN CLAIM THAT IT WAS UNAUTHORISED TRANSACTION. THE WORST THING IS THAT LADY ON THE PHONE WAS RUDE AND DIDNT WANT TO LISTEN TO ANY ARGUMENT. I WOULD LIKE TO GET A RESPONCE ABOUT THIS SITUATION OR PP SHOULD REMOVE ANY POLICY THE POSTED IN TERMS OF SELLER PROTECTION AS THERE IS NONE EXISTS.
