I had this happen but it was while I was closing the account. So the account is in closed-pending status. My other account (always set for "preferred") is available, but has been for months. Will PayPal try to get the shipping label from the previous account that caused NSF (has $0 balance *and* in closed-pending status with BBVA), or will it try another funding method next time? Thanks!
