Same here. I have an Italian PayPal account but I speak English. I changed language preference to English. Everything is in English now except PayPal promotional emails. They are in Italian language. Can I change it to English language ? So it will be easy to understand what those emails say without translating them.   Quoting a part of an email I received:   Scopri subito le tue offerte Trenitalia, Unieuro, Genialloyd e altre. Vedi online Un'offerta per ogni momento della tua giornata. Fare shopping con PayPal è facile e sicuro. Ora è anche conveniente. Well....PayPal is needed to be improved. We as buyers cannot send gifts to our families overseas directly through eBay as many sellers tend to ship to PayPal address.
