On 15th Sept I had several large amount taken out of my bank by paypal for items Ide bought 'pay after delivery' ever since paypal refuses to recognise my bank acc as my default payment I have contacted paypal via phone ever since, sometimes twice a week to get it resolved, I've done all manner of things they asked and nothing. Everytime I call I get told it's an ongoing issue that will be raised with a higher dept blah blah blah and NOTHING! without my bank acc my paypal acc is useless to me, I've been waiting almost two months everytime I pay it asks for my debit card, I can use that anywhere, strange thing is I sell on ebay and paypal never has trouble taking its cut from what I sell! It's a joke, all the staff that work for them and six weeks down the line and no one can fix my problem, I don't feel it's an issue across the board down the link in the chain as I've been told, or that it's widespread, I feel it's a problem with my acc that no one can be bothered to fix, which isn't good customer service, I've had my acc for years and never have I had a problem this extreme that is ongoing and costs me a fortune in phone calls, I feel totally let down and would not recommend paypal to anyone, customer satisfaction is not one of their priorities!
