I have pending funds in my PayPal account because I am a new seller and new to ebay. I wanted to pay for two items I won and they sent an echeque to the seller and took the funds out I my account a few days later. My question is why is it still sending my payment is pending when it has already come out of my bank? And my PayPal balance which I'm still awaiting is the same as before. I feel as though I have had money taken from PayPal for nothing! Where has my money gone??
