 FOR SOME REASON PAYPAL KEEPS TELLING ME THAT MY BANK DIDNT ALLOW CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS, I CONTACTED MY BANK AND THEY ARE NOT HOLDING UP TRANSFER FROM PAYPAL, SO NOW I HAVE A NEGATIVE AMOPUNT SHOWING ON MY PAYPAL, I TRIED TO PAY AS USUAL WITH MY DEBIT CARD BUT PAYPAL IS ONLY LETTING ME PAY BY TRANFERING FUNDS... SO NOW I HAVE TO WAIT 3-5 DAYS TO PAY THE ITEMS I HAVE ON EBAY CUS I CANT BUY UNTIL THE NEGATIVE BALANCE CLEARS UP!!! WHY IS PAYPAL DOING THIS?! I used to pay with my mastercard debit/atm car with no problem, then... for SOME unknown reason to myself, my bank kept failing to "transfer funds", now the only options i have to pay are "transfering funds"! which is not convinient at all for me =/ can someone please please help me solve this!!!   would adding another card solve this issue? ... I've been using paypla for almost a week now, and I was doing just fine until now when i was just about to make a payment and this message appears! =(     "This card cannot be used for this transaction. You can complete the checkout with another debit or credit card.
