Hi there, Well, I have the same problem, but, I think I used this card on another paypal account, which was in meantime deleted due to my relocation in another country. Now I need a new paypal account, but I cannot use anymore this credit card. Nobody from my family was using this card, from the bank I got only positive answers, the card is OK...so where is the problem? Do I really need to make another credit card? It's ridiculous!
