Hey, I've noticed in the past couple months, PayPal will not let me access or use my full balance. Right now, my PayPal balance is listed at around £200, but it says I only have around £100 availalbe, so I can't withdraw or spend my full amount. Does anyone else have this problem or know what is going on? Thanks, Danny
