I can confirm this and I would warn anyone trying to buy from this site right now as even the live chat is down now. There is no way you can contact these people anymore, I accidently bought from these guys and I have waited for 72 hours when they promise that the order will be done within 24 hours max. I open'd a dispute today to get my money back and I do really hope that I will and that they will be punished for doing this.
