I purchased 2 smart rings from this firm a month ago. Without my knowledge, they signed me up for a $24.99/month loyalty program. I discovered this today. I called them. They apologized and removed the $24.99 charge for last month and this month. But they tried to upsell me on something else. When I received the rings, one was too large. I called them for a replacement and was told I would receive a call within 24 hours to get me a replacement. I never received that call. When I called them today about the subscription charges, they brought up the wrong ring size. When I said nobody called me back, the person on the phone said he had personally called me, but that my phone would not take a message. I disputed that and told him I wanted to return the rings for a full refund. He said they would do that, but I had to pay shipping. I declined and demanded a refund. They agreed and said they would refund the total amount and that I could keep the rings. The refunds appeared in my PayPal account within five minutes. I think this company does not do business ethically, but to be fair, they did handle my situation properly.
