What information do I need to provide to win one of these? (I filed the claim) I opened 4 claims (3 going to Riot Games Limited and fourth going to a random) and they were all closed in less than 24 hours. And since they're all closed, I'm assuming I cannot get my money back (57.5€) or can I re-open a claim?
