Help I recently sold an item on eBay but after a few days the buyer filed a dispute saying that someone else in his household used his account to buy the item and he didn't authorise it.I offered him a refund if he would send the item back but he refuses to answer and niw PayPal are taking the money from me plus charging me a further £14.00 charge back fee what can I do?
