Was wondering why there would be a "temporary hold" on funds that were refunded to my paypal account. I purchased an item and the seller didn't have the item I ordered...so they refunded the money back to my paypal account but it is not showing up in my account...it says "temporary hold". The seller lives in the UK and I am in the US....does that delay funds being put back into my account. Thanks....
