I havent used paypal for a while and didnt realise my card details needed updating. I tried to pay for an item won on ebay but is saying payment unsuccesful and sending echeque which is on hold until 2nd Oct. dont want payer to have to wait this long, cant i just cancel this, update my new card details and send instant payment??
