i provide tracking number 30 days ago to paypal, but sometime they need 75 days to resolve that , today i get message from paypal ... i have post office paper with proof date, tracking number, i have message inside ebay where buyer told me he get item , it is payed via ebay on registrated paypal email direct, so from my side everything is fine.

reason is Unauthorised transaction , he told me that all of his transaction is block by bank, but not all are Unauthorised maybe few , but anyway bank block all transaction maked on his card in last 5-6 monts ...

i have proof its not problem and im seller like 7 years on paypal and they know im no cheater , but this is pure cheat, guy is cheater and probably not his first time as he told me inside ebay message that he have 2 paypals , now he can close one and continue to steal ))) i mean if every person start to do this where will be the end?

paypal ask me only one thing to provide, tracking number and i do that i mean its clearly see by tracking number that he get item, and i have proof in my ebay that i shipped on right adress provided me by ebay, i mean this is perfect way to cheat now every one can buy item and lie that someone stole his cards and before that buy ton of stuff on some adress and no one cant do anything about that this is perfect way to cheat... after this i will think will i ever sold anything on paypal "as goods and service" only as friend or family payment.

1. sold item on ebay 2. guy recieve item i have tracking 3. after 140 days i get open dispute ??? wtf?? 4. i contact guy he told me that bank open case not him, after few messages he stop answering and he ask me from wich paypal he pay as have 2 paypals how this can happend , 2 paypal accounts *?** 5. contact paypal they told me they will speak with bank and i cant see case anymore inside my paypal 6. i wait 40 days with minus on my paypal and i cant buying anything, eaven i dont wish to sell anything after this 7. get message today from paypal Please note that we have disputed the chargeback with the buyer's credit card issuer. i sold to guy before 140 days ))) item , i was ship fast he was very happy becasue he recieve item fast and text me message, now after 140 days i get this i cant eaven contact him on replay on ebay because 90 days pass till we speak last time We are writing to let you know one of your buyers opened a case for this transaction. The buyer stated that they did not authorize this purchase. he have only 2 feedback on ebay i know he try to cheat me now , do you guys have any suggest to help me or i need just follow proceed incide case

what information ebay admins can see on my paypal account who is linked with my ebay accout... only email adress or my personal information, or id number, or paypal account number , i wish to know how much paypal protect his users ? thanks

why you think that im trying to avoid fees? when i withdraw money for example on my or friend bank account i pay fees anyway... 😉 im not trying to avoid anything im try to figure how system works i have my paypal and have 100% my information and my bank account 😉 i do not cheat, i just wish to learn how system works what about ebay, for example, what ebay see if my ebay account is linked with paypal did they see my personal information or only email adress of my paypal, can ebay see my paypal personal information like name sure name adress from my paypal linked with ebay? i wish to know who can see my personl information , if ebay agent wish to check paypal account linked with my ebay, can he see only my paypal adress or more personal information?

he cant open bank account in his country , if he send money to friend he must pay fees every time when he do that and after that widthdraw fees its nice amount every time , i mean how paypal knows who is owner of bank account?

my friend wish to open paypal account but he don't have bank card, but his friend have bank account is it allowed buy rules that he have account on his name and personal information and put bank card of his friend (friend allow that) , he just need card to withdraw money from paypal , is it allowed by rules
