I am unable to send an invoice, to a customer I have invoiced multiple times before. I create the invoice just like always, and enter a quantity. Every time I click send, an error appears at the top of the page, saying that some info was not entered correctly. When I scroll down, red text near the line item says "Enter a quantity between 0 and 9,999,999." Only problem, is that I have entered a number between 0 and 9999999! My number is 12866. Gotten on the phone with PayPal support twice and they tell me that they will fix it within 1 hour of us hanging up. 3 days later, no fix. Help!
