Skype sells credits to users and offers Paypal as a payment option. Be aware, however, that Paypal offers no resolution process if Skype pockets the money without awarding credits. The reason: Only physical goods are covered by Buyer Protection. In denying claims, Paypal tells short-changed users to contact Skype with the email listing included with the transaction. One problem: Messages to that listed address bounce back with a note from Skype that the account no longer is active. Meanwhile, Paypal continues to process Skype payments. Another reason that Paypal is the MOST LOVED way to pay bills.
