Yep, remember when paypal was the cool new kid on the block? Making life better for us all? Now they've adopted the same shady practices that Credit cards have used for years. The difference is that most of my other credit cards realized they had to quit using decietful practices or lose customers. Apparently Paypal is too new to have figured that out yet.   To answer your question:   Top left, the big box that says Money: to the right of the word Money, click more>. The new screen that opens should have your 'Buyer Credit    >' in the lower left. 'Make a Payment' at the bottom of that. ... View more
