I have used PayPal for a long time. I can't remember how we payed for things before PayPal, but I may pack my bags after this latest experience. I used prepaid phones for about a year now, and sometimes buy the refills from eBay. I have been doing this for a while and have never had a problem until now. I always buy from "trusted" sellers, though I am beginning to doubt what PayPal considers "trusted." Of course, I buy the refill and I never get it. I figure this is no big deal I'll contact the seller, no go. No big deal I will just open a claim. After a few days I receive a response form PayPal with a "tracking" number that is actually my cellular phone number. This is the "proof" that the product was delivered according to PayPal.... Several weeks later PayPal informs me that they can't decide in my favor. Why can't they decide in my favor; who knows? They didn't give any sort of reason or anything. I appeal the decision, and a few days later get the same response. Now I am out $35 and PayPal could care less about me as a customer. I guess if I leave PayPal then it's adios to eBay as there are fewer and fewer ways to pay online these days. Sad days...
