Is there an "ADDITIONAL" fee for "e-checks" in addition to the regular fees from PayPal(Ebay) fees ?? I mean, is there some sort of a "scam" by PayPal/Ebay , high unreasonable fee(s) ?? I know PayPal will reply with "you have to contact your bank" and/or we dont know or each bank is different, but I mean in "general" . . . . . . is there also a charge/fee from (my) banks ??
