Seems that Paula didn't heed your warning. I too am having this exact same problem. I called and spoke to someone who offered the exact same non-solution. That is to cancel the subscription and create a new one. This is of course ridculous. I need to contact the merchant now and hope their system can support this in a way that doesn't cause me to lose my information stored with them (more than a years worth of Minecraft server game world modifications). Now I am left to question the entirety of the services Paypal provides if they have such a stupid bug persisting in their code.
