Hi, I have returned an item today but got no tracking information, only proof of postage. What do I do in these circumstances when Paypal have confirmed that I will be refunded? hope you can help 😬

I sent an item to Lichfield, eBay’s GSP centre. Between there and Russia the item was lost. Ebay refunded the buyer but I still had to pay the Paypal fees. Ebay tell me to contact Paypal to get a refund of my fees. How do I go about this? TIA

Thanks for your suggestion. I have been in touch with the the seller via eBay and via email explaining the situation only to be told to initiate a refund via eBay! Infuriating

I recently bought and item off eBay which, when it arrived, was totally different than what I ordered. Tried to get refund via eBay but couldn't (computer says no basically). So, I tried via PayPal and opened a dispute. After going back to ebay the following day, i was able to partially fill out the necessary online form only to be told, please see pic below. So, I cancelled the dispute through paypal thinking this was what was stopping my return, and tried again via eBay. No joy! I'm now stuck with an item I don't want, the seller just keeps telling me to go through eBay to request a return which I can't, I'm unable to get through on the phone to a real person at Paypal. Anyone got any suggestions? At my wits end 😩😫😩😫 ,

I've now managed to add my account - well a customer service person did - they rang me and sorted over the phone. Don't know what was wrong but grateful that it's now sorted

I simply cannot add bank account. I put in the details plus the code paypal sends but keep getting thrown to "you must login to access this page" even though I am already logged in! Very confusing. I then write to paypal and just keep getting automated responses of what to try. Done them but still no joy. Write to paypal - automated response and round and round we go. Paypal please get a grip on this as you have funds of MINE that I need access to!
