On my PayPal Account it says "Claims requiring your action (1)" when I click it then inside the Dispute it says "Requiring Your Action" when I put my mouse over it, it says "PayPal requests more information from the buyer to resolve the issue. If the buyer doesn't respond within the allotted timeframe, we close the case and restore funds to the rightful owner." and also this is what it says under it: Status The seller has responded to our request for tracking information. There is nothing I can click or write or do anything about it :S When I went to my Hotmail Account and saw a Email from the Dispute/Claim, there it says they don't need any action from me since they are reviewing the case :S Shouldn't it say "Reviewing Case" or something on my PayPal Account? What shall I do? I don't want to lose this case since I am not wrong in my case the other person is wrong. Since it says "PayPal requests more information from the buyer to resolve the issue. There is nothing to respond to therefore I don't want to wait for nothing and let the case get into the Sellers hands since he is wrong and I am right.
