I know the fee for domestic Mass payments is 2% up to $1.00, but I would like to know the fee for very small payments (less than $0.50). If I send a payment of $0.10, I'm assuming the fee would be rounded up to $0.01, instead of $0.002, but I can't find confirmation of this anywhere. Can anyone provide some more information?
