Hi, I bought a togaf 9.1 online training + exam voucher from qrs3e.com. I was supposed to recieve study guide and exam voucher. Study guide is in two parts. 1a. Access to qrs study guide via a login 1b. Opengroup.org standard togaf 9.1 guide pdf via email exam voucher was supposed to be sent later. As soon as I received the study guide, I felt something wrong. I asked qrs if they sent me correct version (9.1, not 9). No response from them. I immediately (within 1 working day) asked for a cancellation. After few days opengroup.org sent me details on how to verify the version. qrs3e sent me incorrect version (1a). They sent me v9 instead of v9.1 They are ready to send me correct version now for 1b.. but I am not sure how to verify their own material 1a. So I just do not want to trust them anymore and want a cancellation. Paypal doesn't help me saying it is a virtual good and they dont cover me.. but FTC allows online trainings to be cancelled within 3 working days.. which I did. Why would Paypal not help me if it is a breach of contract from the seller.. trying to sell me incorrect version in the first hand. Even if they are ready to correct it but I can not trust them anymore.
