American Express Serve has an associated bank (American Express Centurion Bank) with its routing number and account number associate with my prepaid American Express Serve card. I finally received a correct clarification from Paypal customer service. It says that as long as I have a Paypal available balance, it will be my primary source for paying for my purchases and the credit option will not even display. Well, that **bleep** because sometimes I want to pay with my credit card rather than spend my Paypal balance. I guess Paypal does this because they want to become the primary payment method for ebay customers. ... View more
