I needed money moved to a different bank account in a hurry, and in my distress I tried emailing funds to another email account of mine, hoping it would give me the option of tranfering it directly into my other bank. Obviously it didn't, and so I immediately cancelled the transaction. Three days later, they took the money out of my bank account, put it back in (?), and then took it out again, putting my account into the overdraft not once, but twice (because I'd already found a way to move the money I had needed to move). According to my "history," the money should have been put into my paypal account, but for some unknown reason they saw fit to put a "hold" on it first. I have bills coming out of that account soon, and this unexpected lack of money is going to put a bit of a damper on that. Is there some way I can get rid of or speed up this hold? I would also settle for an explaination as to why this has happened or perhaps a way to reach a real customer support person if they exist, everything I try under "contact us" sends me to some sort of FAQ or another.
