That's very interesting, Telles. I did set up as a business account, and received an e-mail from PayPal that several documents were needed for political donations. The e-mail and political donations guide both said to go to the Resolution Center to send in the doucments. No place to attach the documents. I did contact PayPal through the contact form and received an answer that said to reply if my question wasn't resolved. I did that with the documents and haven't heard anything. I've done my part, I hope there isn't a problem.
