PayPal Community

I have changed banks.  My old bank account has been closed.  Iwant to move some money from my paypal account to my new bank account.  It will only let me transfer to my old account(which has been closed) it wont let me remove my old account and use my new one as it says there could be transactions pending.  There cant be transactions pending as the account is closed.  Help please! ... I in error refunded a buyer by sending the money to her email address instead of using the proper 'refund' page.  She has been unable to access this as she paid from her bank and whants me to change the transaction to a 'refund' ( this was refunded on the 2nd Aug) Has anyone got any ideas how I can reverse all this please? ...
