The money is going to clear, right? I shipped the item because I received the payment and it said completed but getting a little worried now. Also, is there somewhere I can look to see what the payment type was?

I sold an item on ebay 8/3/13 and the expected availability of my funds was supposed to be 8/10/13. 5 days later it still hasn't cleared for some reason and when I log on to paypal to get a date for when it should clear it says "try later". It says this everytime I try for the last few days. What's going on and what's the hold up?
