Hi paypal. I'm asking you guys this question because i'm worried. I bought a baseball glove about 4-5 days ago, and received the item. But it wasnt as described so i contacted the seller and we agreed on a partial refund. The glove was 335 dollars but we agreed on 250 dollar refund. So i sent the item back about a day ago, but without opening an "item not as described" dispute. Can I open a case if the seller doesn't send me the refund? Or will I be too late?
