I sold an item to an internationl buyer with 0 feedback. They paid via paypal and it was instantly put on hold. It told me not to ship the item until it was reviewed by paypal. Within 24 hours it was cleared by paypal, the money showed up in my account, and it was safe to ship. I paid for postage & shipped the item out today. I then logged into Paypal a short time ago only to see the money is out of my account and on hold AGAIN. Why? The payment was cleared. How can it go under review twice?
