UPDATE: I removed by existing bank account from my old account and closed the Paypal account.   When I tried to add the bank account to my new business Paypal account, I got the message that it couldn't be done because it was "previously registered to another account".   Previously??  Really?  So if you EVER use a bank account on any Paypal account, you can NEVER use it on a different one even if it is no longer registered to any account???   How do I resolve this? ... Ok, this is strange.   The bank account is not linked to any other account and after entering the information I get the dreaded "sorry, your action cannot be completed..." message.   Is there something in particular that triggers this? ... View more
